What guided you to your current role?
“I started my career in healthcare 18 years ago as a Nursing Assistant. After several years of patient care, I transitioned to the administrative side of healthcare and have always had a passion for human resources.”
What are your personal and professional values?
“I am a firm believer that having a strong work ethic is invaluable. I also believe that ethical values such as honesty, fairness and respect are vital.”
How has this industry impacted other areas of your life?
“Having such a great understanding of healthcare has proven to be an excellent resource when making medical decisions for myself and my family. I have also had the opportunity to work with so many amazing colleagues who share similar values.”
How would your clients describe you?
“Organized, efficient, and hardworking.”
What excites you most about being part of the HMR team?
“I enjoy getting to know employees and clients so that I can best serve them. I especially enjoy recruiting new talent and being able to watch them succeed and grow in their positions.”
When your career is over, what do you hope the next step will be in your life?
“I love to travel, so my dream retirement would include buying an RV and hitting the road!”
